Exchanges and Returns

1) We will not accept returns on any merchandise purchased from the PIKAMEWHK online store unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions or approved by us on a case-by-case basis.

2) You may be entitled to return products purchased from the PIKAMEWHK Official Online Store if they have fundamental defects or quality issues that we deem reasonable. The nature of the product materials may cause differences between the actual product and the photo, such as shipping box damage or glare in photos, and such differences will not be considered product defects.

3) Any return request, where permitted under these Terms and Conditions, must be made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date via the PIKAMEWHK official online store or Instagram DM or WhatsApp PM.

4) Before requesting a return, please ensure that the returned merchandise meets the requirements for defective goods.

5) Unless otherwise stated, merchandise may only be returned and refunded once.

6) Unless the product is returned due to quality issues, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and any additional costs incurred.

7) Unless otherwise stated herein, any return or exchange and replacement of goods are subject to our actual conditions and these Terms shall prevail.
